It feels good to work on some different things! I can thank ADHD for that! These "blinged" steer skulls have been so fun to work on! To see something go from so plain and "dead", to something so sparkly and alive is really a good thing!
There is huge wing trend right now, which may not be that new! I had my entire home decorated with angels and wings in the early 90's! Shoot, I still have some of those angels!!!
I thought I would give it a shot and carve my own wings!!! Well, this piece, will definitely remain a one of a kind! I don't think I'll be doing wings any time soon!!! Whew, that was a ton of work!!!
