A few weeks ago during our trip to San Antonio, we visited some of the missions on mission trail! 
There are no words to describe how amazing they are! Yes, I have seen pictures and yes, I took my own pictures....BUT they are amazing to visit in person! I think I was expecting them to be more "ruins". They are all beautifully maintained and they still have mass in the churches!
I could have spent and entire day visiting the grounds, but of course the girls attention span would only allow us a couple of hours. I do have to say, I was proud of them, they really showed an interest in it! I am eager to paint and create multi-media art with some of the images I took!
